Training Manual
At Calzedonia, I spearheaded the development of a comprehensive training manual tailored for the Swiss region, designed to enhance the onboarding and ongoing development of retail teams. This project began as an initiative to address inconsistencies in training across multiple locations. I took the lead in creating a resource that was not only informative but also engaging, ensuring that it aligned with the brand's values and customer experience standards.
The manual covered everything from customer service best practices to inventory management and visual merchandising. By incorporating hands-on exercises and real-life scenarios, the training became more interactive and effective. The implementation of this manual led to a measurable improvement in employee performance and customer satisfaction, directly contributing to increased sales across the region.


TikTok Workshop
At Enigma, I had the opportunity to develop and lead a TikTok marketing workshop designed to help brands effectively leverage the platform. Recognizing the challenges many businesses face with TikTok, I aimed to make the workshop both accessible and practical, catering to participants at various levels of experience.
The workshop combined industry insights with hands-on content creation, offering real-world examples and actionable strategies to help brands connect with their audience. Its success and positive feedback have led to it being offered regularly as part of Enigma’s core services and sold several times.
